Please call (276) 755-4902 before coming out to assure someone will be available to serve you. Ordering Online For your convenience we provide secure online ordering with your Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer to pay by check or money order (no C.O.D. s), we provide an order form that may be printed and faxed or mailed with payment. Never send credit card information via e-mail. Please follow the link for a printable order form . Payment and Prices All orders are shipped prepaid. We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa or Mastercard. Sorry no C.O.D.'s. All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping Information We generally ship small items and most larger items by FedEx, however occasionally we may use other carriers due to cost or delivery area. Larger orders refer to Bulk Deliveries . Returns and Cancellations We make every effort to ship or products in a timely manner! Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipping. Orders may not be cancelled after they have been shipped. Products may be returned in origional condition for a full refund less the shipping fee. Credit or refunds may be given for returns of partial products at our descretion. Bulk Deliveries Deliveries are available for larger orders of full are partial pallets.
